These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which Love Never Fades provides bespoke artificial floral tributes and memorial pieces.
Because every tribute is individually designed and created, each order is treated as a bespoke service. We will discuss your requirements with you and provide a quotation before any work begins.
By accepting a quotation or placing an order with Love Never Fades, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

About Love Never Fades
Love Never Fades is a bespoke memorial tribute business creating artificial floral arrangements designed to honour and celebrate individual lives.
Every tribute is made with care and attention to the personal details that made someone special. This may include meaningful flowers, colours, hobbies, memories, photographs, keepsakes or personal belongings.
Because each tribute is created specifically for the person being remembered, no two pieces are the same.

Bespoke Tributes & Quotations
Each tribute is individually designed and made to reflect the person being remembered. Because of this, the final design, materials and price may vary depending on the requirements of each tribute.
Prices shown on the Love Never Fades price guide are ‘from’ prices and are intended as a guide only. They are not fixed prices or an offer to provide a particular tribute at that price.
Before any work begins, you will receive a written quotation based on your chosen design and requirements. No tribute will be created until the quotation has been accepted and any required payment has been agreed.

Accepting a Quotation & Payment
Once you have received a written quotation, you will be given the opportunity to ask questions or request reasonable changes before accepting it.
A quotation must be accepted before work on the tribute begins.
For bespoke orders, a deposit or other payment may be required before materials are purchased or work begins. The amount and payment arrangements will be confirmed with you at the time of quotation.
Any remaining balance will be due at the time agreed with you before collection or delivery of the completed tribute.
Payment methods will be confirmed by Love Never Fades at the time of quotation.

Changes to a Bespoke Tribute
We understand that ideas may develop as a tribute is being created, and we will always aim to work with you to make the tribute feel right.
Reasonable changes requested before work begins will be discussed with you as part of the quotation Process.
Once work has started, changes may not always be possible, particularly where materials have already been purchased or the tribute has been substantially created. If a requested change results in additions materials, time or costs, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
Our aim is always to create a tribute that feels personal, meaningful and true to the person being remembered.

Personal Items, Keepsakes & Photographs
Love Never Fades may incorporate personal items, keepsakes, photographs or other meaningful belongings into a tribute where this has been agreed with you.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any photographs, personal items or other materials supplied to us for use in the tribute.
We will take reasonable care of personal items while they are in our possession. However, due to the nature of some materials, we cannot guarantee that an item will remain completely unaffected during the design and creation process. Any known risks will be discussed with you before work begins where appropriate.
Personal items will be returned to you with the completed tribute, unless otherwise agreed.

‍ Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection arrangements will be agreed with you before your order is completed.
Love Never Fades may offer local delivery and/or collection depending on the location and circumstances of each order. Any delivery charge will be confirmed as part of your quotation where applicable.
Where delivery is arranged by Love Never Fades, we will take reasonable care when transporting the completed tribute. Once the tribute has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for its care passes to the client.
If a tribute is being collected, the agreed collection arrangements will be confirmed with you in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change, particularly when arranging a funeral. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Love Never Fades as soon as possible.
Because our tributes are bespoke and may involve purchasing materials specifically for your order, the amount that can be refunded may depend on how far the order has progressed and whether materials or other costs have already been incurred.
We will discuss any cancellations with you fairly and transparently and will confirm any refund due.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Completion Times & Funeral Dates
we understand that funeral arrangements often involve important and time-sensitive dates. We will always do our best to agree a realistic completion and delivery or collection time with you.
When submitting an enquiry, please provide the funeral date and time where known. This allows us to assess whether we can accommodate your request.
While we will make every reasonable effort to complete an agreed tribute on time, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect completion or delivery. If we become aware of any issue that may affect an agreed arrangement, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Our Responsibility to You
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and will work with you to create a tribute that reflects the information and requirements you have shared with us.
We will communicate with you about important decisions relating to your tribute and will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales.
If you have any concerns about your order or the service you have received, please contact Love Never Fades as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to discuss the matter with you and try to resolve it.

We will listen to your concerns and do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Our Products & Artificial Flowers
Love Never Fades uses high-quality artificial flowers and materials to create memorial tributes intended to provide a lasting alternative to fresh flowers.
As artificial flowers and materials can vary slightly in colour, texture, size and appearance, the finished tribute may differ subtly from photographs, examples or designs discussed during the quotation process.
Where a particular flower, colour, accessory or material is unavailable, we may suggest a suitable alternative. We will discuss any significant changes with you where reasonably possible.

Website Images & Examples
Photographs and examples shown on the Love Never Fades website may include examples of previous work, inspiration images, design concepts or photography of completed tributes.
Where an image is used for inspiration or to demonstrate a possible design, this will be made clear where appropriate. Colours, flowers, sizes and finished designs may vary from the images shown.
We will always discuss your individual requirements wit you before creating your tribute.

Intellectual property
The Love Never Fades name, branding, logo, website content, photographs of our work and original designs belong to Love Never Fades unless otherwise stated.
These materials must not be copied, reproduced, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Where photographs, designs or other materials have been supplied by a client, ownership of those remain the clients or their original owner.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to complete or deliver a tribute as planned. This may include significant supplier delays, unavailable materials, severe weather, transport disruptions, illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible, explain the situation and work with you to find the best possible solution.
We will always make reasonable efforts to minimise any impact on your arrangements particularly where a funeral date is involved.
