Before You Order
Every tribute created by Love Never Fades is bespoke and made around the person being remembered.
Because of this personal approach, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible, ideally 2-4 weeks before the funeral. This gives us time to understand your wishes, source the right flowers and materials, discuss the design with you and create your tribute with the care and attention it deserves.
We understand that sometimes funeral arrangements happen much sooner. If you have a shorter timeframe, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.
Availability will depend on the design, flowers, materials and personal details requested, as well as the time available.

Based in Stafford
Love Never Fades is based in Stafford, Staffordshire, and our delivery service is currently focused on Stafford and surrounding areas.
As a new business, we are not currently offering nationwide delivery, but if you are outside our usual delivery area, please still get in touch. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to help or arrange alternative collection or delivery options.
Our delivery area will grow as the business develops and we hope to expand this service in the future.

Please don’t forget collection from our premises is always an option by prior arrangement.

Pricing and Payment
Every tribute is individually designed, so bespoke prices will depend on the size and style of the tribute, the flowers and materials required and any personal details or keepsakes you would like us to incorporate.
Our Price Guide gives an indication of our tribute prices, but your final quotation will always be discussed and agreed with you before your order is confirmed.
Once your design and price have been agreed, we will provide you with confirmation of your order and payment details. Your tribute will then be created specifically for you.
We want you to feel completely comfortable with what you are ordering, so if you have any questions about the design, price or payment process, please ask. We are here to help and make this as easy as possible at a time when small tasks feel huge.

Personal Keepsakes
Some of the most meaningful elements of a tribute can be the things that belonged to the person being remembered or the special family pieces that made them who they were, that is what Love Never Fades is ultimately about.
We can incorporate personal keepsakes into a tribute, including pieces of clothing, jewellery, wedding details, photographs, ribbons, fabrics, hobby details or other treasured items.
If you would like us to include a personal item, please tell us about it when you complete the ‘Share Their Story’ form. We can then discuss how it could be incorporated into the design and whether it is suitable for the tribute.
Your keepsake will be treated with care and respect while it is our possession. We will discuss the arrangements for receiving, caring for and returning your item with you before the tribute is created. In most cases, if we have accurate pictures and sizes the design can be made for you to fit the item into when you receive the tribute, meaning there is no need to send your keepsake to us.
Every keepsake is different, and some items may not be suitable for incorporation. We will always discuss this with you before making any decisions about your treasured belongings.

Delivery
We currently provide delivery across Stafford and surrounding areas. We are not offering nationwide delivery at this stage, but hope to expand our delivery service as Love Never Fades grows.
Delivery arrangements will be discussed with you when your tribute is ordered. Depending on your requirements, we may be able to deliver direct to the funeral directors, another agreed location or arrange an alternative collection option.
Because every tribute is bespoke, we will agree on the delivery arrangements with you in advance so that everything arrives safely and in good time for the funeral.
Delivery charges will depend on the location and size and will be confirmed with your quotation before your order is finalised.

Changes and Cancellation
We understand that funeral arrangements can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate changes wherever possible.
Once a bespoke tribute has been designed, materials and flowers may be ordered specifically for your tribute and work may begin on creating it. For this reason, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once your order has been confirmed and production has started.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss your individual circumstances with you and explain what options may be available.
Any applicable cancellation rights, refunds or charges will be handled in accordance with your order terms and applicable consumer law.
